Europe has an extensive railway network, with many train stations in large cities. Unfortunately, we cannot provide the name of each train station, as many cities have multiple stations to handle trains coming from different parts of the country and to service outlying areas. Please find here useful information.
However, most cities have a main central station which is conveniently located in the main part of town. These stations are typically close to hotels, hostels, restaurants, and other forms of transportation, making it easy to navigate the city once you arrive.
- Which platform does my train leave from?
The train platforms are not mentioned on the Rail Planner App. The reason for this is that train platforms often change (last minute) and our app cannot keep up with all these changes.
We therefore advise you to check for the platforms on the carrier's website directly - there you will find the most up-to-date information
To get additional information about train stations, we recommend using one of the many online schedules of the various railway companies. You can find links to these schedules on our website, which will provide you with up-to-date information about train schedules and stations in the cities you plan to visit. By doing a bit of research in advance, you can make your travel plans smoother and more efficient.
