To better assist you, we kindly request the following to be done before contacting us. This will help us identify the issue and provide a solution.
1) Please enable the error logging function on the App. Please select the 'More' icon (bottom right of App screen) > select 'Settings' (top right of App screen) >scroll down to Enable error logging >slide to the right to enable. Please note: enabling the error logging will not solve the problem but we will receive logs to identify the problem.
2) Please perform the same actions as you did before enabling the error logging. All steps will be logged.
3) Please send us your DeviceID (this is shown as soon as you enable error logging and can be found just below the Enable error logging function)
4) Please send us full screenshots or a screen video recording.
