- If you purchased Passes, please make sure you request your password reset for the same e-mail address you used to create your account with us
- Please check if e-mails from us have not been marked as spam or junk mail
- Please check if your mailbox is not full
- You may not be the account holder but have a Pass. In that case you'll need to also create an account with us
- It may be that you have not created an account with us yet. You can verify that by checking the following:
- On our website login page, please select 'Don't have an account? Sign up now'
- Complete the required fields and click on 'Create account'
- If you have already created an account with us, you will see an error pop up message: This e-mail address is already registered
