We ask you to set up authentication on your device to protect the personal information on your Pass, like your passport or ID number. You can use any of the authentication features on your device, from a passcode to a fingerprint to facial recognition.
The app uses your device’s authentication features, so the PIN or passcode is the same as the code you use to unlock your phone.
If your device has no authentication features, the app will ask you to create a passcode to protect your Pass and ticket.
Please note: the app cannot access any of your authentication data and does not register any authentication input. We do not store this information in any way.
