You may have purchased your Pass(es) from one of our distributors or your Pass was purchased from another account. If you have not purchased your Passes on our websites (www.interrail.eu / www.eurail.com), please check the order confirmation e-mail you received to verify where you purchased the Pass or Passes from. In order to make reservations, you will need to sign up for an account on our website as well and follow these steps:

- Create an account and then login
- Click on View Reservations
- Select Manage your trips and travellers
- Select Create trip
- Click on Add a traveller
- Choose the Pass type
- Complete the required fields (please note: you will need to copy the surname/last name and Pass number exactly like its stated on your order confirmation e-mail)
(National Rail, Deutsche Bahn, Rail Europe, Myinterrail.co.uk and Silverrail are all examples of distributors of our Passes)
